AUDITIONS (Part A)
For Miss America, Australia, Canada, Europe , Pakistan Panjaban
- Information about the Miss Panjaban Events in the Countries out side India is available on our website www.missworldpunjaban.in Interested Girls Residing/studying in these countries Register themselves at our website, take Print out , complete it and mail / submit to the Local Organisors of Concerned Country/ Zone.
- Please send your dance Video / Link with full biodata and Photos on email info@missworldpunjaban.in if you are residing far away from Venue of Event.
- Book Your air ticket for the event after confirmation of participation in the event.

- Additions / Rehearsals will be held two or three days before the prescribed date of these events.

for Nomination of Miss PANJABAN of Other Countries and Eastern and Southern States of India.(Except America, Australia, Canada, Europe & North India)1. Those interested girls residing / studying from the Country where the Preliminary Events are not being held, can also register themselves online and mail / submit their Entry Forms Directly to our Head Office at Ludhiana India.2. Interested girls residing / studying from the South and east India like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad ect can also register themselves online and mail / submit their Entry Forms Directly to our Head Office at Ludhiana, India.3. Please send your dance Video with your entry form or email the dance video / Link with full biodata and Photos at info@missworldpunjaban.in after watching documents / photos / videos and conduct Interview on phone deserved applicant will be nominate as Miss Panjaban of Particular Country / State / Zone.4. 1. Girls residing / studying in North India Like UP, Uttrakhan, Rajsthan, Delhi, Haryana, J & Kasmir, Himachal etc can also register themselves online and mail / submit their Entry Forms Directly to our Head Office at Ludhiana India.
2. Miss Panjaban of State Leval and Miss Panjab / Auditions of Distt. Leval in Punjab will be held at Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Mukatsar and Ludhiana etc. Information regarding these events/audtions will be available time to time on our website / facebook / TV Channel.
3. No saparete Invitation will be send to any Applicant. Girls who have submitted their forms and are eligble will appear for the Auditons/ Event of their Region on the prescribed time and date.
4. For any query/additional information applicant can contact Organisors of this Event on Phone / email / facebook/ skype. All contacts are available on website and Entry Form.
5. These Miss Panjabanz / Miss Panjab will take part in the semi final of Miss WORLD PANJABAN with the winners/nominated panjabanz of others Countries / States / Zones.

7. A Questionare will be given to all before the Auditions/ Event which must be answered by contestant’s own handwriting and attached with her form.

Eligibility
ELIGIBILITY
1. The applicant must be of Punjabi origin regardless of her Marital status, Place of birth and Religion.
2. The applicant’s age on November of the year of PAGEANT, should not be less than 18 and not more than 30 years.
3. The applicant’s height must be 5’4 ” or above and Weight less than 70 Kg. /155 lbs.
4. The applicant must have her Passport.
5. The Selection Committee holds the right to give relaxation in age/ height etc to the applicants who have outstanding performance.
How to Apply
HOW TO APPLY TO CONTEST MISS WORLD PANJABAN
- Those who are willing to take part in this International Exclusive Beauty Pageant Miss WORLD PANJABAN and its PRELIMINARY EVENTS Like Miss Canada Panjaban, Miss Delhi Punjaban and Miss Amritsar must read the instructions / terms & conditions carefully from our website www.missworldpunjaban.com as well in the ENTRY FORM.
- There is no fee of Entry Form / Registration / Admission/Grooming etc.
- One who is eligible may login to our website & fill Entry Form ONLINE on the given link and Registered herself by clicking SUBMIT button.
- After ONLINE REGISTRATION from website, download the Entry Form Package, take Printout and fill blank Columns of Entry Form and Declaration, get your parent’s/ Guardian Signatures along with your own and attest it from the competent Authority, affix and attach photos along with date of birth, residence proof and other relevant documents (as per attached Instructions with form). Do keep Instructions pages with yourself only.
- Once Entry form complete only First Page of this Whats app to Chairman’s No +91 98725 45678 and Local Organisors with THREE DECENT LATEST PHOTOS.

How to Prepare
HOW TO PREPARE
- To take part in this great event one must learn dance and must be perfect in Punjabi folk dances and Gidha.
- Should acquire more knowledge about history, tradition, heritage and Culture of Punjab.
- Should Obtain Knowledge regarding the ancient customs & traditional , festivals, food habits, traditional dresses, games, household works of women such as weaving charkha, Chakki Peehna, Churning Madhani, Sevian Vatna, Saag Cheerna, Makki Di Roti banauna etc. and for all this information they must ask their grand parents. We also recommend you to refer the book “Mera Pind” written by Bhai Gurdit Singh and you may also search & read other books that highlight the knowledge regarding our Punjabi culture.
- Learn as much as traditional and modern Gidha Boliya from various books.
- Be conscious about your health and beauty and do join gym (if required) and prefer yoga or some meditation and be strict towards your healthy diet.
- Beside Punjabi one must also know English, Hindi & other languages and you should be aware about the current affairs and general Knowledge.
- Beside dance you should have good talent or skills in music, speech ,arts, debate, mimicry, etc.
- One should have etiquettes, positive attitude, manners, punctuality & be good at conversation as well as must be disciplined and should have ability to increase self confidence.
- While taking part in any event do come with the motive to Win, but if you lose you should have the capacity to tolerate it.

Instructions
1. Dates, Venues, Entry Form, & Rounds of Miss WORLD PANJABAN as well as Abroad events like Miss Panjaban Australia, America, Canada etc and Preliminary Events / Auditions in India and Punjab are available on our website, So please visit regularly www.missworldpunjaban.com and www.facebook.com/MissMorldPunjabanOfficial for the latest updates.
2. Applicant can register herself on website. Also she can fill Entry Form & take print from site, but must submit duly completed hard copy of Entry Form alongwith documents before the last date of Auditions of her Region.
3. Applicant can submit her Entry Form from the Region where Auditions are not being held. Deserve will nominate from that region by Selection Panel.
4. Applicant can apply either from the region where she has permanent address or where she is studying/serving. In case she wants to apply from both the regions, she has to submit her application separately.
5. Applicant must attach attested documents along with Entry Form as the proof of her date of birth and residence etc.
6. The applicant must bear a good character and must not have committed a criminal offence anywhere in the world.
7. The applicant must not be an employee or a relative of any existing member of Organisation and / or should not be associated with any member of the Jury.
8. The Entry Form should have signatures of both father and mother (Guardian in case she is residing / studing an other country) as a proof of their consent and should be attested by the Principal / Head of the concerned Institution or any gazetted officer / notary public / athorised person etc.
9. A passport size photograph of the applicant must be affixed on the Entry Form. Two separate photographs of 4″ x 6″ size each (one full length profile and other close up profile) should be attached in a envelope separately with the Entry Form.
10. Incomplete / without relevant documents Entry Forms will not be considered. The selection panel reserves the right to reject any Entry Form in its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
11. There is no entry fee for applicants and selected contestants.
12. Applicants who have completed all formalities will participate in Preliminary Events of her region in traditional dress along with her dancee song on pen drive / CD.
13. Separate Invitation for the Auditions will not be sent.
14. The Selection Panel is authorized to give relaxation in respect of age, height etc. to applicant who represents the region, state and country from where no other applicant had applied or selected.
15. All selected contestants for the final Pageant will submit a Surety Bond and will stay together for some days for the final rehearsals & photo sessions etc.
16. The Organisation reserves the right to change rules and Regulations, venue dates etc. for Preliminary / Final Pageant without any Notice.
17. The attire (dress) and ornaments worn by the contestant in would be of their own. Dresses for Bridal and Heritage Round will sponsor in Grand Finale.
18. The Organisation reserves the right to appoint member of the Jury, decision of which will be final, binding and non-challengeable by the contestant. Organisors bear no responsibility for the decision of the Jury.
19. Lodging and boarding will be provided to the contestants at the time of Finals.
20. Any applicant / contestant who does not abide by the instructions, rules and regulations of the Pageant is liable to be disqualified any time by the Panel without any notice.
21. Sabhyacharak Sathh Punjab in its sole discretion reserves the right to withhold or revoke the title from the winner who is disqualified to fulfil the rules and regulations of the event / Pageant and if at any later stage it be known to the organizer of the Pageant that the conduct of the winner or her character is not worth keeping the award.
22. Our organisation is charitable and non-profitable and this project is undertaken just to promote Punjabi culture values & traditions.
23. Only colored Forms would be accepted.
24. All the names of our Pageants Miss PANJAB, Miss PANJABAN, Miss WORLD PANJABAN have been registered by Government.

Rounds of Audition
1.SOLO DANCE ROUND: Performance of Punjabi Folk dance on Pre-decided play back song, sung by any female Singer. Please send your proposed dance song in MP3 format on our mail id: info@missworldpunjaban.com and get Registration Number for auditions. Contestants have to bring the song at the time of Auditions on pen drive in MP3 format. Organisors/Judges have the right to stop the song whenever and wherever they want. Dress and Ornaments: Punjabi Traditional / Modern Punjabi Salwar Suit and accessories.

2. TALENT ROUND: Contestant will perform any item like singing, poem, jokes, mimicry, mono acting and skit, play any musical instrument. Dance not allowed. No marks will be deducted for using English, Hindi or Urdu. But try to use Punjabi accent. Time for this item will be upto 2 minutes. Dress and ornaments: According to the performance, but should not be vulgar.

3. GROUP DANCE: Group Dance will be preformed by all contestants at the same time on the Play Back recorded Song Play by organisors on the spot. Dress & Ornaments: Traditional Punjabi outfits.

- Only Eligible Applicants can take partin the auditions with their zones.
- Participants, who have not submitted theEntry form, can take part in Auditions after filling the form on the spot.
- The date and venue are displayed on ourwebsite/App and facebook page.
- Organisors reserves the right to changerules/regulations/rounds etc at any time without any prior notice.
- Any applicant who do not abide by theinstructions rules and regulations of the Pageant is liable to be disqualifiedany time without any prior notice.
- The decision of Jury will be final andnon-challengeable.
- As per rule no. 17 of the Prospectus,the organization reserves the right to appoint member of the jury, decision ofwhich will be final, binding and non-challengeable by the contestant.Organisors bear no responsibility for the decision of the jury.
- Participants selected for the GrandFinale at Canada have to bear the air-ticket and miscellaneous expensesincluding the visa fee. But boarding and lodging at Canada will be borne by theOrganisors.
